Singer Murat Dalkılıç, in a conversation with Ceyda Düvenci, recounted his long-standing nose problem and treatment process. He said he has undergone many surgeries since childhood due to his nasal bones being outwardly oriented from birth, that he had his 13th operation a few months ago and that his treatment process is still continuing. He noted that cartilage loss and surgery-related infections during the operations affected the structure of his nose. Dalkılıç said he has been able to breathe only for about the last six months, that the doctor initially told him "find another profession," and that he will undergo a few minor operations more. He spoke of the uncertainty and difficulties he experienced in the process of returning to the stage.
